    DAY 1: DA NANG – SON TRA PENINSULA – LINH UNG PAGODA – BAY MAU COCONUT FOREST – HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN (Meals:lunch/dinner)

    08:00: Guests arrive at Da Nang airport. APEC Tourist guide greets and gathers the group, takes check-in photos, and boards the bus to depart for breakfast. Guests will enjoy Mi Quang, a renowned specialty of Da Nang.

    09:00: Depart for Son Tra Peninsula.

    09:30: Visit Son Tra Peninsula, located approximately 4 km from Da Nang city center. Son Tra Peninsula, part of the Truong Son mountain range, is connected to the mainland and is one of Da Nang’s most picturesque sites. Visit Linh Ung Pagoda, renowned for its grand architecture and intricate Buddhist statues, including the Eighteen Arhats statues, the Four Heavenly Kings, and the statue of Shakyamuni Buddha in the main hall.

    15:00: Visit Bay Mau Coconut Forest, a popular tourist attraction in Hoi An. Here, you’ll experience skillful rowing by friendly local fishermen who will take you through picturesque waterways on charming basket boats.

    16:30: Explore Hoi An Ancient Town.

    Begin your journey through the charming streets of Hoi An, renowned for its stunning lantern displays and rich Chinese-influenced architecture, particularly enchanting in the evening. During the tour, you’ll visit the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, constructed in the early 17th century, a beloved symbol of Hoi An.

    Afterwards, visit the Cantonese Assembly Hall, a well-preserved spiritual site built by the Cantonese community. Many traditional festivals are still held here annually. Continue your visit at Phung Hung Ancient House, notable for its unique architectural blend of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese cultures. Next, guests will visit an incense-making workshop, where local artisans will demonstrate and explain each step of agarwood production.

    18:30: Dinner at a local restaurant in Hoi An.

    20h00: Hoi An Memories Show, an outdoor art show about the history, culture, and identity of Hoi An, the soul of the unique cultural heritage here.

    22:00: Return to the hotel in Da Nang to rest, or guests may freely explore Da Nang’s nightlife on their own.

    DAY 2: BA NA HILLS – HUE (Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner.)

    06:00: Breakfast at the hotel and complete check-out procedures.

    07:30: Tour guide picks up guests at the hotel, departing for Ba Na Hills – famously known as “The Road to Heaven”.

    08:30: Arrive at the mountain’s base and check-in at the Time Gate. Experience the cable car ride, ranked among the “Top 11 Most Impressive Cable Cars in the World” (by The Telegraph), to reach Ba Na Hills. The guide will lead the group to explore and take photos at several exciting attractions:

    • Experience the breathtaking Golden Bridge (also known as Hand Bridge), suspended in mid-air like a brilliant golden ribbon.
    • Check-in at Le Jardin Flower Garden, featuring unique landscape designs; visit Linh Ung Pagoda 2 (part of Da Nang’s trio of Linh Ung pagodas), and admire the 27-meter tall statue of Shakyamuni Buddha.

    11:30: Buffet lunch at the restaurant and short rest.

    13:00: Continue exploring Fantasy Park with various indoor entertainment and thrilling games.

    15:30: Tour guide gathers guests at Indochine station, double-checking personal belongings, and departs Ba Na via the world-record-holding cable car routes 3 and 4.

    16:30: Depart for Hue city, passing through the Hai Van Tunnel – Southeast Asia’s longest road tunnel. Along the journey, admire famous landmarks like Lang Co Bay and Tam Giang Lagoon.

    18:00: Dinner at a local restaurant in Hue. After dinner, guests proceed to hotel check-in for rest. You can optionally enjoy a boat ride along the Perfume River or freely explore Hue city at night.

    DAY 3: HUE IMPERIAL CITY – INCENSE VILLAGE – THIEN MU PAGODA – TU DUC TOMB. (Meals: breakfast/ lunch/ dinner.)

    06:30: Breakfast at the hotel, then proceed to check-out and depart for sightseeing.

    07:30: Visit the Imperial City (Hue Royal Citadel): Enjoy a leisurely walk around the exterior of the former royal palace of the Nguyen Dynasty, taking memorable photos at the main gate. Inside the Imperial City, guests can admire the majestic beauty of classical-style palaces, temples, and shrines. Explore famous landmarks within the complex, such as Thai Hoa Palace, Ngo Mon Gate, and Can Chanh Palace.

    10:00: Travel upstream along the Perfume River via Kim Long – Phu Mong Road, an area famed for its scenic landscapes and romantic atmosphere, once praised by Emperor Thanh Thai himself. Guests visit Thien Mu Pagoda, an ancient and sacred pagoda regarded as the symbolic icon of Hue, to pay respects and pray for peace and good fortune.

    11:00: Guests enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, savoring Hue’s famous specialties.

    13:30: Depart for Tu Duc Tomb, a historical architectural complex that includes the burial site of Emperor Tu Duc. It is situated in a narrow valley in Duong Xuan Thuong village, formerly part of Cu Chanh district, now located in Thuong Ba area, Thuy Xuan ward, Thuan Hoa district, Hue city.

    13:30: Visit Thuy Xuan Incense Village, where visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the meticulous and unique traditional incense-making process, and even try rolling their own incense sticks. Guests are free to take memorable photos here and purchase incense as souvenirs or gifts.

    16:30: Depart from the incense village to Dong Ba Market, where guests can shop for local specialties and souvenirs (conical hats, fermented shrimp paste, sesame candy, traditional sweets, dried seafood, etc.).

    18h00:  The group enjoys dinner on their own, freely exploring and experiencing the flavors of Central Vietnam’s vibrant night cuisine.

    DAY 4: QUANG BINH – PHONG NHA CAVE. (Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner)

    06:30: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by hotel check-out to depart for sightseeing.

    07:30: Say goodbye to Hue. Tour guide and guests depart by bus for Quang Binh province.

    12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant in Phong Nha.

    13:30: Proceed to hotel in Phong Nha for check-in and rest.

    14:30: Depart for Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, twice recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site. Guests will board a boat, cruising upstream along the poetic Son River, enjoying serene natural scenery on both riverbanks and witnessing the authentic countryside life of riverside villages.

    15:30: After a 30-minute boat ride, guests arrive at Phong Nha Cave. The cave’s entrance is impressively large and high, leading into the cave featuring Southeast Asia’s longest underground river. Inside, guests will be amazed by stunning stalactite formations illuminated by natural reflections, creating a mystical, dreamlike scenery reminiscent of a fairyland. Conquer Phong Nha Cave, experiencing its spectacular limestone landscapes, underground river systems, and unique stalactite formations unlike anywhere else in the world. Explore Co Tien Cave and Royal Palace Cave to admire magnificent stalactites sculpted by nature over thousands of years.

    17:00: Conclude the sightseeing tour at Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. Return to the hotel for rest.

    18:30: Dinner at a local restaurant. Afterward, guests can return to the hotel to relax or freely explore Phong Nha by night.

    DAY 5: PARADISE CAVE – DONG HOI CITY – HA NOI (Meals:breakfast/lunch/dinner)

    06:00: Breakfast at the hotel and complete hotel check-out procedures.

    07:30: Depart for the Paradise Cave tourist center parking area. Begin sightseeing procedures and transfer by electric vehicle beneath the lush, cool canopy of Phong Nha’s ancient forest. Immerse yourself in the majestic mountainous landscapes, occasionally spotting rare black-cheeked langurs and playful butterflies fluttering through the forests, creating an untouched, natural atmosphere.

    Ascend 525 stairs to reach the entrance of Paradise Cave. Guests will explore the first 1 km of the cave on wooden stairs, marveling at the spectacular stalactite and stalagmite formations, beautifully illuminated without compromising the cave’s pristine charm. Admire unique, enchanting formations resembling iconic shapes, such as the Fairy Gathering Palace, the Mammoth Elephant, and the Central Highlands’ Dragon House.

    10:30: After visiting Paradise Cave, depart for Dong Hoi city.

    12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant and rest.

    13:30: Proceed to Dong Hoi Market, where guests can explore and purchase Quang Binh specialties as snacks or gifts. Guests may have a light meal before the flight.

    15:30: Transfer to Dong Hoi Airport. The tour guide will assist guests with check-in procedures for flight VJ at 18:15 to Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi.

    19:30: Arrival in Hanoi. Transfer to a restaurant for dinner, followed by hotel check-in and rest.

    DAY 6: HO CHI MINH MAUSOLEUM – TRAN QUOC PAGODA – HOAN KIEM LAKE – TEMPLE OF LITERATURE(Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner)

    06:30: Breakfast at the hotel.

    08:00: Begin the Hanoi city tour by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex—the final resting place of Vietnam’s beloved leader. The tour includes the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the Presidential Stilt House, and Uncle Ho’s Fish Pond.

    10:00: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, a historic pagoda with a 1,500-year heritage, renowned for its beautiful architecture and significant spiritual value.

    11:30: Transfer to a restaurant for lunch, then return to the hotel for a short rest.

    14:00: Continue sightseeing:

    St. Joseph’s Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake.

    Temple of Literature: Dedicated to Confucius and prominent Confucian scholars, and the site of Vietnam’s first university (Quoc Tu Giam). Discover the historical roots of Vietnamese Confucianism.

    18:00: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, guests have free time to explore Hanoi by night.

    DAY 7: SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE. (Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner)

    06:30: Breakfast at the hotel and complete check-out procedures.

    08:00: Depart for Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, Vietnam’s longest and most modern expressway (approximately 250 km). Along the journey, the APEC Tourist guide will provide interesting information about attractions and regions the group passes by.

    12:00: Stop for lunch at a local restaurant and rest briefly before continuing toward Sapa.

    14:30: Arrive in Sapa town; guests check-in at the hotel and rest.

    15:30: Visit Cat Cat Village, known as one of the most picturesque ancient villages near Sapa town, home to ethnic groups like the H’Mong and Dao people. Guests will learn about local traditions, admire colorful ethnic costumes, scenic suspension bridges, waterfalls, water wheels, and charming flower fields, creating a unique cultural experience.

    18:00: inner at a local restaurant. Guests then enjoy free time to stroll around town, visit Sapa’s Stone Church, savor local specialties such as grilled pork, grilled eggs, and apple wine, or interact with the local highland communities. Overnight at a hotel in Sapa.

    DAY 8: SAPA – FANSIPAN SUMMIT – RONG MAY GLASS BRIDGE (Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner)

    06:00: Breakfast at the hotel.

    07:00: Transfer to Sapa station to experience the Muong Hoa mountain railway (tickets at own expense) toward Fansipan Legend tourist site. Enjoy a scenic journey (around 2000 meters), overlooking beautiful rice terraces, stunning landscapes of Northwest Vietnam, and the daily life in Muong Hoa Valley.

    Upon arrival at Fansipan Legend, guests take photos and proceed to the cable car station to conquer Fansipan peak—“The Roof of Indochina”—at a majestic elevation of 3,143 meters by cable car (tickets at own expense). Guests may visit Bich Van Thien Tu Pagoda to pray for peace, walk over 800 stairs to reach Fansipan’s summit, or relax with hot cocoa and enjoy the refreshing mountain atmosphere.

    12:00: Savor a delicious Northwestern lunch featuring fresh local ingredients at a restaurant in Sapa town.

    14:00:  Visit Rong May Glass Bridge (tickets at own expense), a newly developed tourist attraction located in the Thac Trang – Cong Troi Eco-tourism Area. Extending from the legendary O Quy Ho Pass and clinging dramatically to the cliffside of Hoang Lien Son Mountain at 1000 meters high, this thrilling destination provides breathtaking scenery and unforgettable adventure.

    15:30: Free time to explore Sapa independently.

    18:00: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, guests can explore Sapa’s vibrant night streets on their own.

    DAY 9: SAPA – HA GIANG (Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner)

    07:00: Check out from the hotel, depart by bus toward Ha Giang.

    12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant en route, with a brief rest afterward.

    13:30: Continue the journey to Ha Giang.

    16:00: Arrive in Ha Giang city, check-in at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and have free time exploring Ha Giang by night.

    DAY 10: YEN MINH HEAVEN’S GATE – DONG VAN – MA PI LENG PASS – NHO QUE RIVER(Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner)

    07:00: Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.

    Depart for Dong Van, stopping along the way to visit beautiful sites including:

    Bac Sum Slope and Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate (1,500m altitude). Climb to Vong Son Tower viewpoint to admire the poetic landscape of the Fairy Twin Mountains (Nui Doi Co Tien).

    Continue to Dong Van, passing through Pho Cao Village, a traditional village with stone fences, earthen houses, and wooden gates.

    • Take photos at beautiful buckwheat flower gardens and visit the cultural tourism village Lung Cam (Sung La Commune, Dong Van District), known for traditional H’Mong houses built over 70 years ago, famously featured in the Vietnamese movie “The Story of Pao.”
    • Proceed to Sa Phin Commune to visit the Palace of the Vuong Family, the residence of “King of the H’Mong,” Vuong Chinh Duc.
    • Continue the journey to Lung Cu Flag Tower, marking Vietnam’s northernmost point. The national flag here covers 54 square meters, symbolizing Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups.

    12:30: Lunch and rest in Dong Van.

    13:30: Depart for Ma Pi Leng Pass along the famous “Happiness Road.” Guests will admire the majestic mountain scenery of Dong Van and Meo Vac, visiting landmarks such as:

    • Monument dedicated to Youth Volunteers who built the Happiness Road.
    • Scenic viewpoints at the summit of Ma Pi Leng Pass.
    • Enjoy a boat ride along the Nho Que River through the breathtaking Tu San Canyon—the deepest canyon in Vietnam. The river flows from Seo Lung Village, Lung Cu Commune, through the dramatic canyon beneath Ma Pi Leng Pass.

    16:00: Leave Meo Vac and return to Ha Giang city.

    18:00: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, guests check-in at the hotel, then have free time to rest or explore Ha Giang city at night.

    07:30: Transfer to the symbolic Km 0 milestone – the starting point of National Highway 2. Take photos before departing for Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi.

    16:00: Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. The tour guide assists with check-in procedures and bids farewell to the group.

    • Under 5 years old: Free tour package (meals, entrance, bed excluded – parents take care), but 100% airfare is required. Only one free child per family; the second child will be charged 75% of the tour price
    • 6–9 years old: Charged 75% of tour price + 100% airfare. Includes seat on the bus, meals, entrance tickets like adults, and shared bed with parents. One child per family at this rate; second child must be charged 100% to ensure proper accommodation.
    • From 10 years and above: Charged as an adult – 100% of the tour price and airfare..
    • All children share a bed with parents/guardians. If a separate bed is required, the tour will be charged 100% adult price..

    TOUR BOOKING CONDITION:

    • The order of the itinerary may be subject to change, but the total number of activities remains unchanged.
    • Guests are required to bring a valid ID card or passport (original). It is recommended to travel with light luggage; large suitcases are not advised.
    • Children must be accompanied by their parents or a guardian with a signed authorization letter. A birth certificate or passport is required for travel.
    • Guests are responsible for managing their personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.
    • When booking, please provide the full name and year of birth of each traveler.
    • For overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring your immigration declaration form and visa when joining the tour.
    • The tour program acts as a memorandum of understanding between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be addressed based on the terms listed in this program and the official receipt.
    • In case of schedule changes, guests must inform the company at least 07 days in advance. Only one reschedule is permitted.
    • In the event of tour cancellation due to objective factors such as natural disasters or epidemics, the travel company is not liable for any additional compensation beyond the refund of unused services.
    • In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, storms, floods), the organizer reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary to ensure safety and convenience. The company will not be held responsible for any losses arising from such changes.
    • The sequence and details of the itinerary may be adjusted based on objective conditions (e.g. weather, traffic), while still ensuring all destinations are included.

    • Cancellation 05 – 09 days before departure: 75% charge of tour price.
    • Cancellation 0 – 04 days before departure: 100% charge of tour price.

    CUSTOMER RESCHEDULES SERVICE TO ANOTHER DAY:

    • Must notify at least 07 days in advance and can only reschedule once, provided that APEC TOURIST has an equivalent service available.
