TOUR PRICE: 90 USD / PASS

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

• Admission tickets: included in the program.
• Meals: 01 buffet lunch at Ba Na Hills with 45 delicious Asian and European dishes.
• Tour guide: Friendly and enthusiastic English-speaking guide accompanying the whole trip.
• Others:
• Insurance: Full tour insurance as per travel insurance regulations.
• Mineral water: 1000ml / person / day.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

• Meals not listed in the program, personal expenses.
• Tips for guide + driver (5 USD/day/person).
• Other expenses not mentioned in the program.

CHILDREN’S TOUR PRICES (Based on birth year):

• Children under 2 years old: Charged air ticket for child under 2 years old.
• Children under 5 years old: Free tour, parents take care of child but 100% airfare charged according to airline policy. One child per family, the second child will be charged 85% of the tour fare.
• Children from 5–9 years old: 85% of tour fare and 100% airfare charged. Includes seat on the bus, admission ticket, meals like adults, share bed with parents. One child per family, the second child will be charged full fare.
• Children from 9 years old and above: Full tour price like adults.
• Children sharing bed with parents or guardians; request for a separate bed = 100% adult price.

TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• The program order may change but the number of activities remains unchanged.
• Guests must bring original ID card or Passport, pack light, avoid large suitcases.
• Children must be accompanied by parents or with a signed authorization letter, and must bring birth certificate or passport.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings during the trip.
• When booking, please provide full name and birth year.
• For overseas Vietnamese or foreigners entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring the customs declaration and visa when joining the tour.
• The tour program is considered a memorandum between the customer and the company. Complaints will be based on the program and receipt.
• In case of changing the booking date, customers must notify at least 07 days in advance, change allowed only once.
• If the tour is canceled due to objective reasons such as natural disasters, epidemics… the company is not responsible for any compensation other than refunding unused services.
• In force majeure cases: natural disasters, floods, the organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the trip to ensure safety, and is not liable for incurred damages.
• Some activities or details may be rearranged to fit objective conditions (weather, traffic…) but the full program will be ensured.
