DAY 01: HO CHI MINH – CAN THO (Meals: –/ Lunch / Dinner)

09h00: Apec Tourist guide will pick up guests at Tan Son Nhat Airport. The coach and guide will take the group and start the sightseeing tour:

Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon – a French colonial architectural landmark in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, a perfect place to capture the first memorable photos of the trip.

Take a stroll around the central area, with the option to take photos at the Saigon Central Post Office (if time permits).

12h00: Lunch at a restaurant in downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Rest and relax.

13h30: Departure for Can Tho. On the way, guests will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Mekong Delta through the windows of the coach, experiencing the peaceful lifestyle of the Southwest region.

17h30 -18h00: Arrival in Can Tho. Guests check-in at the hotel and rest after the journey.

DAY 02: CHAU DOC – MIAO BA CHUA XU – THOAI NGOC HAU MAUSOLEUM – DONG THAP (Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

07h00: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant and check-out.

Miao Ba Chua Xu Temple – a famous and sacred temple in the Mekong Delta.
Thoai Ngoc Hau Mausoleum – a historical figure who played a key role in building the Vinh Te Canal, the largest canal in Vietnam, which helped drain floodwaters from the Long Xuyen Quadrangle.
Tây An Ancient Temple – built in 1847 to celebrate victories in defeating Siamese invaders and stabilizing the region. The temple’s most prominent feature is the central tower, shaped like an onion, decorated in an intricate Indian temple style, while the two smaller towers on either side resemble the architecture of Vietnamese pagodas.

12h00: Lunch in Chau Doc, then depart for Dong Thap.

17h00: Arrive in Cao Lanh City, check in at the hotel and rest.

18h00: Dinner, free time in Cao Lanh at night.

DAY 03: DONG THAP – XEO QUYT ECO TOURISM AREA – CAN THO – FISH FARM VILLAGE (Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

07h00: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant and check-out.

Visit Xeo Quyt Eco Tourism Area: Take a boat ride through the mangrove forest, home to over 170 species of plants and 200 species of wildlife, including 13 endangered species listed in Vietnam’s Red Book, such as reticulated pythons, cobras, otters, and box turtles.

11h30: Lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, depart for Can Tho.

14h00: Arrive at the tourist dock Cô Bắc – Cồn Sơn. Take a boat ride down the Hau River to the Fish Farm Village, where you can learn about special fish species in the Mekong River, such as the jumping fish, giant river fish, and red catfish. Also visit the fish farming process on floating platforms, feed the fish, and take souvenir photos.

18h00: Return to the hotel, check-in, and enjoy dinner on the Ninh Kieu River cruise in Can Tho. Free time in Can Tho at night.

DAY 04: CAN THO – FLOATING MARKET – HO CHI MINH (Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

04h30: The group departs for Ninh Kiều Wharf. The boat will take guests to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, where they can learn about the local life and the river-based trading activities of the people in the Mekong Delta.

07h30: Breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant, followed by check-out procedures.

9h00: The group will head back to Ho Chi Minh City and proceed to Tan Son Nhat Airport for their flight check-in. Farewell to the group and look forward to seeing them again.

CHILDREN’S TOUR PRICE POLICY (Based on Birth Year):

Under 2 years old: Charged for airfare only.
Under 5 years old: Free tour fee, parents cover expenses, but 100% airfare required. Only one free child per family; the second child pays 85% of the tour price.
Children aged 6 – 9: Charged 85% of the tour price and 100% of the airfare as per airline regulations. The child is entitled to a seat on the bus, an entrance ticket, meals like an adult, and will share a bed with parents. Each family is allowed one child under this policy; the second child will be charged the full tour price to ensure a separate bed.
Children aged 10 and above: Charged as adults, 100% of the tour
Children: Share a bed with parents or accompanying guardians; if a separate bed is required, the child will be charged 100% of the adult price.

TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The itinerary order may change, but the number of activities remains the same.
Guests must bring their original ID card or passport. It is recommended to travel with light luggage and avoid large suitcases.
Children must be accompanied by their parents or have a consent form to travel with relatives. A birth certificate or passport is required.
Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables and personal belongings during the tour.
Upon booking, guests must provide their full name and year of birth.
For overseas Vietnamese and international visitors entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring the customs declaration form and visa when joining the tour.
The tour program serves as a memorandum between the customer and the company. Any complaints or disputes will be resolved based on the terms outlined in the program and the payment receipt.
If a customer needs to reschedule a booked tour, they must notify the company at least 07 days in advance, and rescheduling can only be done once.
In case of tour cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or pandemics, the company is only responsible for refunding unused services and will not provide additional compensation.
In force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, storms, or floods), the organizer reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary to ensure guest safety, and no additional compensation will be provided.
Some itinerary details may be adjusted to accommodate actual conditions (e.g., weather, traffic) while ensuring all activities are covered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CUSTOMER CANCEL THE SERVICE:

Cancellation 15 days before departure: 30% charge of tour price.
Cancellation 10 – 14 days before departure: 50% charge of tour price.
Cancellation 05 – 09 days before departure: 75% charge of tour price.
Cancellation 0 – 04 days before departure: 100% charge of tour price.

CUSTOMER RESCHEDULES SERVICE TO ANOTHER DAY:

Must notify at least 07 days in advance and can only reschedule once, provided that APEC TOURIST has an equivalent service available.

Flight schedules depend on airlines, and departure times may change without prior notice.
The itinerary may be adjusted flexibly according to actual conditions while ensuring all destinations in the program are included.
