TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

• Admission tickets: included in the program, snorkeling with regular equipment.
• Meals: 01 lunch at Cu Lao Cham.
• Tour guide: Friendly, enthusiastic English-speaking guide throughout the tour.
• Others:
• Insurance: full tour insurance as per travel insurance policy.
• Mineral water: 1000ml / person / day.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

• Meals not listed in the program, other personal expenses.
• Oxygen-assisted diving is not included.
• Tips for guide + driver (5 USD / day / guest).
• Other expenses not mentioned in the program.

CHILDREN’S TOUR PRICES (Based on year of birth):

• Children under 2 years old: Airfare charged for children under 2.
• Children under 5 years old: Free tour, parents take care of child, but 100% airfare charged. One child per family, second child charged 85% fare.
• Children from 5–9 years old: 85% of tour fare and 100% airfare. Standard includes a seat on the vehicle, admission tickets, meals like adults, share bed with parents. One child per family, second child charged full fare for separate bed.
• Children from 9 years old and up: Full fare as adults.
• Children sharing bed with parents; separate bed requested = 100% adult price.

TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• Program order may change, but content remains unchanged.
• Guests must bring ID card or passport (original), pack lightly, avoid large suitcases.
• Children must be accompanied by parents or with authorization letter, and bring birth certificate or passport.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
• When registering, please provide full name and birth year.
• Overseas Vietnamese or foreigners with separate visa must bring customs declaration and visa.
• The tour program is considered a memorandum between customer and the company. Complaints will be resolved based on program details and receipt.
• To change the tour schedule, notify at least 07 days in advance; only one change allowed.
• In case of tour cancellation due to objective events like natural disasters, epidemics, the company is not liable for additional compensation beyond refunding unused services.
• In force majeure cases (natural disasters, storms), the organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the trip to ensure safety and is not responsible for related losses.
• Some program activities or details may be adjusted based on objective conditions (weather, traffic…), but the full content is guaranteed.
